Who We Are
S. Vecchione, Inc. is a paving and excavation contractor that provides a multitude of services for both the residential and commercial markets. Our business is owned and managed by third and fourth generation family members. We have grown our business with positive referrals, and we will always strive to provide the highest quality of service to all of our customers.
Our facility is in Springfield Township, Montgomery County–not too far from the northwest section of Philadelphia. We serve an area that encompasses Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Philadelphia and parts of Chester Counties.
Our Services
S. Vecchione, Inc. presently maintains a fleet of service vehicles, dump trucks, equipment moving units, full line of excavation equipment, and has a trained staff of operators, drivers, and maintenance personnel.

Our services include land clearing, grading, utility installation, and final restoration.
Asphalt Paving
Our paving crew is equipped to provide residential, commercial, industrial and institutional paving. Our paving services include lot maintenance, liquid sealing and striping to prolong the life of your driveways and parking lots. Custom residential paving is our speciality.
Excavation
Our excavating crews are trained and equipped to provide the following site related services: land clearing, site grading, regrading, fine grading, bulk excavation, footing excavation, backfill operations, and final restorations. Specialized excavation in and under existing structures are a service we have provided since 1977.
Demolition
Demolition is a vital part of the construction industry and as such S. Vecchione, Inc. provides residential, commercial and specialized demolition next to and under existing structures. Removal of parking lots, driveways, patios slabs and swimming pools round out our demolition operations.
Utilities
Utility related work provided by S. Vecchione, Inc. includes water mains, fire mains, water services, meter pits, stone sewer mains and related work. Sanitary sewers and excavation for all general utility.
